I brought my car in for a brake and rotor replacement. Once I picked up my car, the fan kept kicking on after being turned on for about 1 minute. And would continue running after the car was turned off. This was a whole new development since dropping my car off. When I called regarding the noise I was told that “it’s hot outside” and “maybe you didn’t hear it before” and “it is there to protect”. I took my car to another shop and the master air flow sensor was unconnected. Fast forward a month later, my brakes begin scrubbing when I am stopping and when I am driving. I schedule a brake diagnostic, and once looking at my brakes they realized they used an incorrect sized bolt on my caliper, which was causing the scraping and grinding. I asked if it would mess with the life of my brakes or rotors and I was assured that it wouldn’t. At this point I wouldn’t have them fill air in a bicycle tire.

This older dude working this front counter completely ignored me when I first told him when I first came in that my appointment was under car-advise. I had to retell him since he chose not to listen to me and had to wait for him to do that process and I asked him had he sent the approval yet and he asking me what approval. That was 8:20am. Then at 8:37 he asking me have I gotten in touch with car-advise when he never said he sent the approval over yet so I’ve been sitting here an additional 20mins when I’m the one who approves the work order, not car-advise themselves. Hence why I asked initially if he sent the approval or not for him to finally send it and not say nothing. By this time he has checked in another car ahead of mine when my appointment was for 830am and I got here at 8:15am and already had to wait for him to check another car in prior to mine just for him to check in a second one because he chose not to listen to me a second time. I am 7months pregnant and not in the mood for this unnecessary crap from an older person doing whatever they want and not listening to the customer nor doing things as it has been and suppose to be done. I would not recommend anyone going here unless they want to get ripped off. They told me I need 2 services that I indeed did not. One belt I just replaced in January they stated needed replaced at the end of its life was confirmed to be just fine. And another part that said needed replaced was tested and confirmed to be in perfectly good working ordered. Not to mention their tires never last near the lifetime as stated even when properly cared for by rotating, balancing and alignments as suggested/directed. The fact they are so deceitful and would take advantage of someone in inexcusable

They do a great job here at tires plus Robert c Daniel but that is the only reason that i continue to take my car there. They take entirely too long to do things. If i was having multiple things done i could understand, but i waited 2.5 hours for an oil change, and i had an appointment. I understand being short staffed, but maybe the amount of appointments or service they provide in a day should be cut back. My oil change was also $90.

I have never filed a complaint against a business until today. On Aug. 2nd, I visited this location for an oil change and tire rotation, but your team recommended replacing the air filter as well, which I approved. On August 17th, my check engine light came on. I went to an auto parts store where the diagnostic test indicated a faulty mass airflow sensor. I purchased the part, replaced it myself, and while doing so, noticed that my air filter compartment did not look right. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the wrong size air filter had been forced into the compartment. One side was clipped shut, but the other side was left open. This meant the compartment was never properly sealed. I immediately purchased the correct air filter and installed it because I did not feel safe driving with the improper installation. On August 18, I returned to your store to report the issue. The manager, Jaime, acknowledged that an incorrectly installed air filter could damage the mass airflow sensor. She also stated she would discuss a possible refund for my parts with the manager. However, when I called back for an update, I was told I would not be refunded or compensated because I did not
